Cancellation Policy

Policies 1. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge to the card on file. 2. No-Show Policy: • A no-call, no-show appointment will result in a 50% charge. • If you are more than 20 minutes late without prior communication, you will be considered a no-show and charged 50%. • To use the 50% as credit toward the same service, you must reach out within 8 hours of the missed appointment and rebook. The credit will only apply if the rebooked appointment is kept; canceling it will result in the loss of the 50% credit. 3. Rebooking After Late Cancellation or No-Show: • The 50% fee may be applied to your rebooked appointment, provided it is for the same service. 4. Repeat Cancellations/No-Shows: •Multiple no-calls, late cancellations, or unpaid balances will result in being blocked from future bookings. 5.
